Yes, you could use JTAG for Remote System Upgrade (RSU).

New Contributor"System Console" 's RSU function is only available at 18.0 version or later? I am using 17.1 Prime, and when I generate jic file, there is error " Serial Flash Loader device is missing", so can not generate JIC file? ​
