How to use the ALTFP_ADD_SUB IP?

Hi! I just want learn how to use the ALTFP_ADD_SUB IP,but in the process of simulation the IP didn't work,whatever data is inputed，there is nothing to output. thank you in advance!

You mixed up clk and clk_en.
