How to subtract buffer from backbuffer

Hi, I'm working on this for ages... but it hasn't sorted out at all.

Here it goes,

now I'm trying making a difference image between buffer nd backbuffer but it doesn't work well because I think the buffer is written after backbuffer. so I don't know how to solve this problem.

Does anyone have the same problem with me?

Hope give me a little hint.
