Yes, if now you purchase the Quartus II Subscription Edition, it is included in the package.

but when i compileing the FIR CORE,a warnig message shows:you have used an opencore plus hardware ,it will be not used after loaded to the chip for 1 hour. :mad:

Are you using the Web Edition of Quartus II?
