How can i get the dsp builder reference design?

Hi guys

Recent day i was learning use dsp buliders, however i found the link in hb_dspb_adv.pdf which i downloaded from altera website, i cant open or download the model or .mdl ,so anyone knows how to get the reference design writting in this pdf？

i need the cholesky_slover_sc.mdl or cholesky_slover_mc.mdl and all about STAP's model.
