Help with Altera DE2-115 8" LCD

I don't know about tpad. But the error you got is apparently related to the pll where node "c0" is the pll output. I came across a similar error when the pll used had the "altpll" name in sopc. Just change the name a bit (by adding one or two characters) and recompile.
