have Quartus License, need use DSP builder, need buy new DSP Builder license?

I have floating license for Quartus 9.1, and Quartus 9.1SP2, it includes NIOS II/SOPC already, but I want to use the DSP Builder, do we need buy another DSP Builder license, or just request a license...

Hello, look im trying to license my DSP Builder but what i am seen is that for DSP Builder you´ll need to buy another license...But i realy dont know. If anybody help as...we are in the same problem.
