Hi, i have the same problem with Quartus II 13.0 (Windows 7 64 bit) and a Qsys system with a DDR3 controller with uniPHY.. (target board=Cyclone V GX)

I created a new windows user with only ANSI characters (€€™) but it doesn't work anyway...

can someone help me?
