Guide on 10 x 10GBASE-R Hard PCS

Hello Folks

Does anyone know if there is a user's guide or any documentation on the

10 x 10GBASE-R Hard PCS for 100G Ethernet designs? Basically I am looking at how to use the 100G PCS hard macro. I am assuming Altera has it or is planning to make it available soon.
