Could anyone explain me how do I connect FFT IP core in QSYS? I have tried to use SGDMA but the bits/symbol doesn't match. I don't have DSP Builder.

It was a long time ago. But, checking Qsys I realized I am using mSGDMA instead of SGDMA. Both FFT and mSGDMA are configured with 8 data bits per symbol. There are two adapters that are being automatically inserted by Qsys. They are about a 3 bits empty signal that mSGDMA has, but FFT doesn't.
