Example 4 Video in

my problem is that in the original program example 4 video in the university altera the video looks ugly picture is not appreciated in the horizontal scan shows it a green vertical lines and some blue, Annex picture.

I want to know where I can change the configuration of broadband, and how many frames settings will handle YCrCb YGB as do, few vertical frames and timelines in the fifo.

My configuration is altera de2 cyclone 2 I use quartus II version 13.0, modules unitersity altered to quartus II 13.0, a camera with in input for the acquisition of the video.
