Enter an IP crypted in Quartus II

I want to know:

1.How to encrypt IP-RTL VHDL and how to generate the key (example, tools, algo...)

2.How encrypt an IP-Netlist (generated by Quartus II) and how to generate the key (example, tools, algorithm,...)

3.How to enter and bring an IP (crypted) in Quartus (for both cases 1 and 2) how to synthesize in the first case and how to make placement and routing in the second case.
