DSP builder license error

I have an error when i want to compile the design to transfer to the board. The error is dsp builder license error and asked me for lm_license_file. I have the Quartus prime lite edition, but in your webpage i read that dsp builder is free for university and i am a university student. What do i have to do to have dsp builder for free?

    I don't think DSP builder comes with the lite edition of Quartus. You need to buy the paid version to use DSP builder. Check with your teacher or TA about university access.
