DSP builder component cannot be import to SOPC builder

I created DSP model on matrix multiplication, and converted it to Quartus II project, and also compiled the pqf project successfully. Under Quartus II, I clicked tools->sopc builder, and then filled Create New System dialog and chose the project path as IP Search path, and fresh system. But there is not DSP Advance block, and is not my block either.
