Does PCIe IP support isochronous trasnfers?

Hi,

Has anone tried implementing PCIe megacore to support isochronous mode of communication? I would like to stream a few KB data at high speed (order of micro-seconds) but with extremely low latency (mimic real-time?). Does anyone know if virtual channels can be used for this purpose and how?
