DDR2 SDRAM controller for mt47h64m16hr-3

Hello. I am trying to implement a DDR SDRAM controller with ALTMEMPHY for MICRON mt47h64m16hr-3 according to a tutorial on http://www.hdl.co.jp/en/index.php/acmeda/271-enspc20130115.html.

However, a problem is that the generated controller has some pins which cannot be connected to SDRAM as shown in Figures. Even though I use UniPHY to add a controller for mt47h64m16hr-3, the same problem occurs.

Who can tell me how to deal with this problem?

How to connect these unused pins to SDRAM?
