Honored ContributorDDR2 IP core --Memory presets missing MT47H64M16 -3 xml file
Hi, I'm working in SOPC environment (DDR2 SDRAM high performance controller version 8.1) anyone may have the XML file of Micron MT47H64M16 -3 memory chip?it's not in the memory presets list.
