DDR2 ALTMEMPHY for Stratix II GX

I'm trying to evaluate DDR2 ALTMEMPHY IP on Stratix II GX PCIe development board. I need to run DDR2 at 333MHz. According to external memory document, Stratix II GX can run upto 333MHz if ALTMEMPHY...

1. Yes, No

2. assuming its just the memory IP core, then no

3. I havent used it in SII, but have done many design with S3 and S4 without any problems.
