Convert from unsigned to signed

How can I cast a signal from an unsigned to a signed in DSP builder in simulink? I have an unsigned inputs, which I difference (with positive or negative results. How can I either cast both of ...

Use an AltBus block from the IO & Bus library in Altera DSP Builder Blockset.
