Clocked video output and DMA

Please can someone advise me if there is any possible way of using an DMA (direct memory access) controller in SOPC to read and write frame packet to sdram that is used as a external memory for framebuffer core connected to the clocked video output core .

    try using the frame buffer in Altera's video and image processing IP (VIP) suite. It should come included with newer versions of Quartus.
