Can't find licensed MegaCore IP's in MegaWizard

I am trying to instantiate a DDR2 SDRAM controller in my VHDL design. It appears that I have access to MegaCore Function "DDR 2 SDRAM Controller (00A7)" with my existing license, however I am not able to find any memory controllers under "Installed Plug-Ins" in the megawizard plugin manager.

I am using Quartus 7.2
