Bus error during booting into FPGA Hardware

We use "10AS048E3F29I2SG" (Arria 10) device.

While booting the fpga hardware, in serial prints following bus error is coming

Fail: noc_idleack = 0x01110111 mask_noc = 0x00100111

I am facing this error as attached.

Plz analyze the issue.Whether this is hardware or software issue?

Kindly give a solution for this asap.

    Could you please provide me the full log?

    Are you using a custom board or the Arria10 Devkit?

    Could you also provide me a screenshot of the platform designer screenshot too?

    I see that there are lots of GPIO related errors.

    Are you creating the bitstream in reference of the GHRD?

    If yes, did you update the settings in the pin planner to the custom board you are using?

      Hi,

      We are not using bitstream in reference of the GHRD.

      We are U-boot version 2014.10

      Kindly give a solution
