Asynchronous Sample Rate Converter

I'm looking for ASRC IP. I've gone to every website in the list of Altera IP partners with no luck. Lots of info on the web for ASRC in Xilinx FPGAs... what am I missing?

you may also want to get into contact with your local distributor for help. for what its worth i think the source is Verilog and portions may be encrypted
