Any MDIO cores complient with IEEE802.3 targeted on SIIGX

Hi

I am looking for an extended MDIO master core compliant with IEEE 802.3 clause 45. Is there any IP vendor, provide this core as a standalone without part of MAC? I need to use this to configure/register access XFP transceivers (PHY with MDIO slave) outside the FPGA. Master is targeted on SIIGX device, may be interface with SOPC....
