    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for the link to a patch ....does this solve the problem on windows machines ....such as Windows 10 / 11 ?

    Also do you need a patch for L:inux (UBUNUT) as well ?

      Yes, the patch 25.1std will solve the problem for Windows. Please try to install and let me know how it goes. 
      We don't see issue with Linux so the patch is likely not required. Though the fix/patch will be implemented in the future Quartus release.
