After convolution of image at output not getting blurred image

I am taking image as an input and taking convolution with the gaussian filter but i am getting black or white image at output....what to do?

    What is the input image format? YCC? Did you take bypass the chroma around the image?

    The input image is .jpg format and what is "bypass the chroma".........

    Using DSP builder blockset i am doing convolution of an image but getting black or white as output why i am not getting blurred image.........

    Sorry, didnt realise this was DSP builder - I dont know enough about it.

    I wonder if you have the coefficients correct though.
