You can the xml in excel by opening it via developer tool, see instructions below.

How to open xml file in Excel:

1. Open a new blank Excel file
2. Click on Developer tab, then click Import
3. Select the xml file you want to import, then click Import
4. Click "OK" on pop-op information, and also "OK" on where to Import data
5. The table will then be generated, and you will see a lot of "blank" cells due to the long text of the "legalDef" column AK.
6. I recommend to delete column AK so that the other columns will display better.
