What is the Package Material of RQFP package

Hello,

I want to Know the Material of a Package RQFP. Is it belonging to "metal on plastic"

    The Best I could find was this.. The package doesn't seem to in use on current device families.

    The RQFP is basically a PQFP with a service exposed heat slug/spreader made from anodized aluminum (after 2010) or nickle plated copper before 2010.

    They call it the Power Quad Flat Pack package. for it's better heat dissipation.
