Is there a fpga that can reveal its real-time power consumption by connecting a port to an oscilloscope?

There is real-time voltage monitoring feature using Quartus configuration debugger tool. All devices with SDM(Secure Device Manager) such as Stratix 10 and all Agilex series have this feature.
