Thermal Model & Power Estimation for Agilex 7 - AGIB027R31B2I1V

I am looking for thermal documentation for the Agilex 7 part: AGIB027R31B2I1V, but it doesn't appear to be available online. Where can I get these tools/documents?

    If I did not sign-in, I also see 0 results. After sign-in, I can see the files available.

    May I know if you confirmed you have sign-in and have the signed NDA with Altera?

    I believe you are looking for Compact Thermal Model (CTM) which include ECXML/PDML/TZR and STEP formats, plus package thermal-conductivity data.

    This file is restricted collateral and needs to sign-in/registration to Altera.com.

     

    After you sign-in, you can find from this link:

    https://www.altera.com/design/devices/resources/package-thermal

     

    Go to Agilex 7 --> Compact Thermal Models.

      Thanks Aqid, but sadly this was what I arrived at previously; when I follow the link for CTM it says there are 0 results.
