thermal issue with 10M50DAF484I7G

I'm using the max10 (10M50DAF484I7G), can I cool the max10 via GND and power pins to the PCB, like they do with regulators? as my thermal simulation and calculation got Tj more than 100°C the data...

    ok, I found my typo

    typical 1.75W and max of 2.3W sound like the right number

Hi,
how did you arrive at 4.8 W power dissipation. The value sounds rather high, is it achieved by power analysis of an actual design?
