Suggestion required for selecting board

Hi ppl,

i have to choose an evaluation kit with the following requirements.

1) minimum one ADC

2) USB interface

3) RS 232

4) Compact flash interface

5) it should support IP cores for the above mentioned requirements and signal processsing

and the kind of FPGA which we are planning to target is Stratix series or higher versions.

can anybody help me in this regard
