SSLC and updating email address

To whom it may concern,

I have lost access to my email address that was assigned to several licenses and need to update my login info and also associate them with a new email address. 

How do I go about doing so, as I no longer can log into the SSLC with the older email address because I unable receive a verification code.

This is time sensitive as I have users that need software and I am unable to allocate them.
