Select Devices

I'm interested in your products because they may be able to help me. I need to submit several clocks in the system. They will be shifted relative to each other (there will be no more than 10 pieces). Also, I need about 10 inputs enable/desable for these clocks and Power Supply (and + Vout clock) I prefer +5 V.

Footprint minimum possible

FPGA does not suit me, because I do not want to put an additional EPROM. I thought about MAX2. Operating temperature range -40 to 105. What can you offer me and can I get a sample?
