Reliability reports for EP4CE10 Family

Hello,

I am looking due to shortage issues to replace the automotive variant EP4CE10F17A7N with the industrial variant EP4CE10F17I7N with extended temperature range.
I would like to ask the following:

Are any reliability reports that indicate what would be the change in FIT rates if one changes from the automotive version to industrial extended temperature range.

    For your information, the FIT for both device is same as they are from the same technology.
