REBALLING

What is the maximum number of times you recommend to perform the REBALLING process for a component? We are talking about stratix IV 1152 pin BGA

Normally 2 times is maximum. After first reball, the solder ball already deformed. If you have good technician to do reball the solder will survived for 2nd time reball.
