Hi John,
We understand that the board may already be damaged. However, since there is no obvious physical damage, we would appreciate your support in initiating an RMA to check the warranty status and help identify and resolve the enumeration issue.

I have check internally and unfortunately the board is not under warranty anymore. You might need to purchase another board as this board is damaged.
