Radiation Test Report Request for 10CL055YF484I7G

Hi,

I'm a radiation engineer performing a single event effect (SEE) assessment for 10CL055YF484I7G. We previously received the following SEU FIT rates: CRAM SEU, CRAM SEFI, M9K Max w/o ECC SEU, M9K Max w ECC, CRAM MBU and M9K MBU under case# 00521272. The rate list didn't include Single Event Latch FIT.

Can you please provide Latchup rates for the SEE test of the Cyclon 10 and updated SEU data --if any updates occurred since then?

    Any updates on the request above?

    I'm unable to access the ticket system. Error: "We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help."
