Quartus9.1 can't generate pof file when using CycloneIV

Question

Hi:

I use EP4CGX15BF14C6 in my design. When I complie the project using Quartus9.1, it can't generate pof file. The report says:

Specifications for device EP4CGX15BF14C6 are subject to change. Contact Altera for information on availability.

Does this mean the CycloneIV chips can't be used right now?

You'll probably need to upgrade to QII 9.1 SP2. There should be full support for CGX15. See:http://www.altera.com/literature/rn/rn_qts_dev_support.pdf  Cheers, Ton
