Quartus Programmer tool

Hello everyone. I’m using MAX10 FPGA and heard of Quartus Programmer tool. So, is there any guide on using Quartus Programmer tool? Please give me a hand on this. Thanks in advance for your help.

The Programmer is included as part of a standard Quartus installation or you can download and install just the Programmer for free.
