Quartus Prime Pro 25.1 fatal error during fitter: Windows "Efficiency mode" required

I tried all the suggested actions and it didn't help. The only thing which helped (on to top of using Efficiency Mode) was to disable Hyperthreading. That reduced the issue pretty much but did not remove it completely.

      Hi,

      I am trying to attach the design.qar file but it seems like it's not woking (maybe file is too big, 38MB?). How can I send it to you? And do you also need the database?

        Can you try to clean the project and archieve the project? As long as I can duplicate the issue, I don't need the database.
