Quartus Prime Pro 25.1 fatal error during fitter: Windows "Efficiency mode" required

I tried all the suggested actions and it didn't help. The only thing which helped (on to top of using Efficiency Mode) was to disable Hyperthreading. That reduced the issue pretty much but did not remove it completely.
