Quartus ii to program FPGA Stratix ep1s60f1020i6

I need to program my FPGA Stratix ep1s60f1020i6 but can't find and Quartus ii web version which support this device. Latest Quartus ii versions does not include stratix family. How can I find any older version of Quartus ii web which have Stratix family or any way to install Stratix family library in Quartus.

    Kindly contact your nearest Intel representative to get support for old Quartus version. This will required CNDA to proceed.
