Quartus 13.0 SP1 and Windows 11

Are the USB Blaster drivers compatible with Windows 11

Please note that even if it is working, if there are bugs occurs, Altera usually will not support it since Quartus version is not supported in windows 11. You may refer to the release note for the OS support.
