problems with components

Hi all,

I am using two componants wher the output of one should act as the enable for the other. This enable is declared as type signal. However when I simulate the vector waveform file it doesn't seem to be having an effect on my overall output. I have tried included the buried signal in my VWF which shows that it is simulating but is still not effecting the required result.

Any help would be appreciated and if anybody needs more information on the problem just let me know.
