Hello! Could you please let me know if it is possible to resume production of the EPM9320LI84-20 chip? Also, what would you recommend as a replacement for the EPM9320LI84-20? Thank you!

Also, we have one more question regarding the acceptability of minor edge chipping on die — for example, on the EP2AGX45DF29I5N chip, which comes in an FBGA lidless package (photo below).
