Hello! Could you please let me know if it is possible to resume production of the EPM9320LI84-20 chip? Also, what would you recommend as a replacement for the EPM9320LI84-20? Thank you!

Unfortunately, there is no demand for EPM9320LI84 to put this part into production.
Altera recommend its customers to use the latest product - for EPM9320LI84 you may look at MAX10 series.
