The pinout for the parts is right there in the datasheet (see page 7). Here is link to version I was looking at (which I found with a simple google, BTW): https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/cfg/cfg_cf52014.pdf.

Thanks Scott. I have that document and the pinout is understood. What’s not in the datasheet is the dimensions of the part and the pads I need to put on the board to support the part in the layout. It’s does say SOIC-16 but I can’t count on that being a standard footprint. Bob - n_scott_pearson

Ok, Intel Customer Support will need to step in here and tell us if there is any additional information available. Nothing additional is obvious to me.
