New ContributorPlease send me the document that shows the footprint for the EPCQ128ASI16N. It is an active part, The footprint info is not in the datasheet. A search at INTEL comes up empty.

New ContributorThe pinout for the parts is right there in the datasheet (see page 7). Here is link to version I was looking at (which I found with a simple google, BTW): https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/cfg/cfg_cf52014.pdf.
