PL-USB-BLASTER-RCN, CoV/LoV Needed

Hello,

I'm looking for a certificate/letter of volatility for a PL-USB-BLASTER-RCN.

It must contain information about volatile and non-volatile memory and how to clear.

If anyone can help and provide this document it would be greatly appreciate.
